Colt Siler, Personal Trainer/Owner
Colt Siler has been bringing his drive and enthusiasm for enabling growth in individuals to healthier, happier, and stronger lives for 9+ years. However, his enthusiasm for fitness began long before he came into adulthood and decided to make a career out of his passion.
A natural-born athlete, Colt, who grew up in Cleveland, OK, participated and excelled in many sports including football, baseball, cross country and track & field growing up. His skill in sprinting events led him to a full scholarship for Track & Field at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas, where he competed while pursuing a Psychology degree. During his time at SC he had numerous commendable athletic accomplishments:
➢ Team Captain, 2010-2012
➢ Most Valuable Athlete, 2010-2012
➢ 14-time KCAC conference champion, 5-time national qualifier
➢ 3-time record holder (60m, 4x100m, 200m)
➢ 1st Team All-American athlete, 2012
➢ Men’s 4x100m National Outdoor Championship, 4th place
➢ NAIA Champion of Character, 2012
Colt is a firm believer in continual learning to better serve his clients and currently holds specialized certifications from the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT).
With more than 9 years of personal training experience during 14,000+ sessions, at big-gym settings as well as small studios, Colt has a vast knowledge of individualized personal training as well as leading in. a group setting.
While Colt is continually expanding his knowledge base to keep up with evolving fitness and health standards, he prides himself in having expertise in the following areas:

On a personal level, Colt is an avid golf enthusiast and can be found on any local course when he's not at the studio. He loves live music, playing the guitar, and vinyl record collecting. He follows the OKC Thunder avidly, and also loves everything Tulsa, from the River Park Trails to the ever-growing downtown area.
When the time allows, Colt and his girlfriend, Jennie, try to sneak away to new and unexplored hiking areas locally and around the country, camping, exploring, and usually bringing along their pups, Daisy, Gracie, and Roy, while their cat, Tug, holds down the house.
